Vegetable Kebabs


Serves 4:
1 zucchini
1 medium eggplant
8 cherry tomatoes
4 cherry mozzarella
extra virgin olive oil
salt and pepper


Blunt and cut to touch the zucchini, eggplant and cook everything on the hot grill
Prepare then 4 skewers, alternating with the vegetables stuffing mozzarella and tomatoes.
Season with a pinch of salt, pepper, a drizzle of olive oil, dip again on the grill for a few minutes, the time needed to heat the cheese and tomatoes.
