Super-Healthy Salad Dressing

To eat healthy, lose weight, and stay away from the dangerous preservatives, you should get rid of the typical store bought salad dressing.

I never buy salad dressings from the grocery store anymore, because:

  • Most of them contain significant amounts of high fructose corn syrup.
  • Most of them contain highly processed vegetable oils which are extremely dangerous.

The refining process of vegetable oils oxidizes their polyunsaturated fats and makes them tremendously inflammatory for the body.

Even dressings claiming to be “made with olive oil” are misleading. If you read their ingredients list, usually you will find highly processed vegetable oils, with only a small amount of extra virgin olive oil.

To make my super healthy salad dressing recipe fill your salad dressing container with these ingredients:

  1. 1/3 with balsamic wine vinegar
  2. 1/3 with apple cider vinegar
  3. 1/3 with (EVOO) extra virgin olive oil
  4. Add a couple of Tsp of real maple syrup
  5. Add a touch of dried onion and garlic, and black pepper
  6. Shake to combine all ingredients well.

This do-it-yourself tasty salad dressing mix is nutritious and you’ll never get tired of it!

You will do your body a big favor by eliminating the dangerous preservatives in store bought salad dressings.
