Stew Peas

It ‘s a vegetable side dish rich in protein and, therefore, you can eat like a second, accompanied by bread to have complete protein.

Ingredients

  • Peas 500gr. (Frozen or shelled)
  • 2 medium carrots
  • 2 medium onions
  • 200 g lettuce.
  • 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 bunch parsley
  • 1 clove garlic
  • Salt and pepper

Proceedings
1. Coarsely sliced onions, cut carrots into slices and lettuce into strips.
2. Place in a saucepan 1 tablespoon oil, just heat it and pour all the vegetables you have prepared, add the peas, salt, pepper and squeezed garlic.
3. Simmer for half an hour.
4. When cooked add the chopped parsley, the remaining oil, heat it and serve.
