Pineapple and Grapes Smoothie
1/2 cup pineapple, chopped
1/4 cup water
1/2 cup red grapes, peeled and seeded
1/2 cup white grapes, peeled and seeded
1 cup crushed ice
Blend for about 20 seconds to produce a light, fruit-luscious smoothie drink.
Fruit Fiesta
1 big ripe mango, peeled and sliced
½ cup of strawberries, halved
1 ripe banana, sliced
Blend this thick and creamy smoothie with some crushed ice.
Tomato Salad Smoothie
2 ripe tomatoes, chooped and seeds removed
1 cup tomato juice
½ cup of freshly squeezed lemon juice
3 basil leaves
